The block cylinder with internal piston thread is a popular design element in all areas where short strokes with high forces are required. The compact cubic design and the transverse groove make it easier to mount the block cylinder and guarantee high operating pressures.

The block cylinder is fitted with a double hydraulic seal as standard, which guarantees extremely low-leakage continuous operation. The block cylinder is also equipped with a metal scraper, which prevents metal chips from entering the soft scraper and thus significantly increases availability. The block cylinder has an internal piston rod thread.100001" data-tooltips-title="Webcode" data-tooltips-theme="dark" data-tooltips-mode="click">Pressure screws, for example, can be securely screwed into the internal thread.

HYDROKOMP offers a cataloged standard range with 9 sizes and different pressure oil supply variants. We also design and manufacture customer-specific special variants.

Double-acting:
The double-acting function enables precise stroke times when extending and retracting the piston. Pre-stroke and return stroke are power-operated.

Single-acting:
The single-acting block cylinder is available with or without spring return. In the function with spring return, the piston is pulled into its pressureless starting position by the spring. Block cylinders without spring return do not automatically return the piston.

Hydraulic double-acting, pmax. 250 bar, pneum. query clamped and/or unclamped (also simultaneously!) During the clamping process, the rotary linear clamp first rotates the clamping arm and then switches to a linear movement. This means there are no lateral forces at the clamping point and workpiece tolerances are compensated for by the linear stroke.
