VPC – Vise Power Clamping System

The EROWA VPC (Vise Power Clamp) is a modular clamping system for powerful and precise clamping of centric clamps, fixtures, and workpieces with 52 mm or 96 mm center distances. Developed for manufacturing environments where high clamping forces, reproducible results, and automation capability are crucial.

At the heart of the system are two VPC chuck sizes, tailored to the respective applications. In combination with the appropriate VPC clamping pins, a defined, stable interface between the machine, clamping device, and automation is created.

This system logic enables a high degree of flexibility in workpiece production – regardless of component geometry or batch size. 

In combination with the appropriate EROWA loading devices, the VPC clamping system can be fully integrated into automated production cells. Clamping devices are handled, positioned, and loaded and unloaded automatically – ideal for low-manpower shifts and lights-out operation.
