The EROWA GTS (Giant Tooling System) is a modular clamping system for the precise and reliable machining of large and heavy workpieces. It was specially developed for applications where high clamping forces, solid referencing and maximum rigidity are crucial - for example in mechanical engineering, mold manufacture or in energy and large component production.
The GTS is designed for large-volume components and high workpiece weights. The solid design ensures a solid workpiece mount even with high cutting forces. As a result, the workpiece position remains constant and reproducible over long machining times.
This creates the basis for precise results - even with complex machining strategies.
The EROWA GTS is designed for use in automated production environments. In combination with suitable EROWA automation solutions, even heavy clamping elements and workpieces can be handled reliably.
