Flexible, powerful, and with a long reach – the automation solution for demanding manufacturing environments. The EROWA Robot Dynamic Family comprises three automation systems for medium to heavy workpiece weights – the ERD 150, ERD 250, and ERD 500.
All models offer a long reach, variably configurable magazines, and the ability to connect multiple machines in a line. However, the ERD 250 and ERD 500 can also operate as stand-alone units to boost productivity. This makes the Robot Dynamic series ideal for manufacturing facilities that require high capacity, maximum flexibility, and consistent process stability.
Thanks to their modular rotary or rack magazines, the systems can accommodate from a few dozen to several hundred pallets – depending on the workpiece and pallet type. The entire product family complies with current safety standards.

How scalable is the ERD Family?
The ERD Family features a fully modular design. Machines, magazines, transfer stations, and grippers can be added incrementally without interrupting existing processes. This allows the system to grow in line with manufacturing requirements.
How is the ERD Family controlled?
Control is managed centrally via the EROWA JMS® 4.0 process control system. Jobs, priorities, machine statuses, and workpieces are clearly managed and processed dynamically.
