Lever clamp cylinders without/with postion control

Through a pressure piston the high force density is induced into the clamping 

lever. Since the clamping lever has a movable position, the clamping point 

can be fully released. Besides the standard clamping lever also special 

clamping levers can be mounted. The resulting clamping forces can be 

determined through the diagrams on page 6 of the catalogue page.

The lever clamp cylinder works only double-acting hydraulic. Therefore, 

clear clamping times and unclamping times are given. For hydraulic oil 

supply G1/8 resp. G1/4 threaded or O-ring flanged connections can

be used optional. In horizontal position the clamping lever provides 

its optimal clamping force. Workpiece tolerances with a position 

deviation of approx. +/-8.5° can be compensated easily.

The lever clamp cylinder can be equipped with full-length piston rod.

The survey can be made through inductive proximity switch or 

pneumatically. Additional sizes and special designs are available.
